Submariner Memorial at Riverside National Cemetery

In 2013, USS Bonefish Base of Submarine Veterans decided to take on the task of getting a memorial installed at Riverside National Cemetery, dedicated to all Submariners, past, present and future.  We developed a design, and revised it numerous times while we worked with the cemetery to process all the paperwork necessary to accomplish our goal.  Jeff Crumbaker, of the Patrician Group, offered to take that design and get it cast and installed, all as a donation at no charge.  As a result of all that hard work and support, on 5 April 2014, a dedication service was held at the Veterans Memorial Amphitheater at Riverside National Cemetery to reveal the plaque and honor all Submariners.  The pictures listed below are from that service.  A hearty thank you is extended to all who had a part at some point in the entire process.
