Kap(SS) 4 Kid(SS) is a USSVI Community Outreach Program that brings joy to the Children visited as well as to the Sub Vets who visit them! It also provides positive local awareness for USSVI and is in keeping with our organization’s creed.
USS Bonefish Base visits children at local hospitals, awarding them “Honorary Submariner” status, with a new hat, and lots of good cheer for our little heroes!

Help us help children locally. If you know of a location that would welcome us to visit children in their facility, please contact us. We can also bring a large float of the USS Bonefish (SS-223). Please see some of the locations we have visited.
